Program

Upward Merchant Business Alerts is the text messaging program of Upward Merchant. It sends recurring marketing and informational messages about payment processing, POS systems, payroll, HR and related business services, plus replies to your questions, appointment reminders and updates on requests you made.

How you join

You join by checking the text message box on one of our forms at upwardmerchant.com and submitting the form, or by texting us first at (909) 321-6915. Checking the box is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per week.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Upward Merchant does not charge you for text messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT also work, as does ALTO or PARE in Spanish. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also opt out by telling us on a call, by calling 1-855-GET-UPWARD or by emailing [email protected].

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy.
